The White Lamb Policies

Deposit Policy – Current year
• Upon booking a reservation, a deposit of 50% of total is required.
Deposit Policy – Pre-booking for following year
• Pre-Book the house - $300*
• Pre-Book the two-bedroom - $200*
• Pre-Book the one-bedroom - $100*
The remaining deposit of 50% is due by February 1st of the reservation year.
*If the deposit is not received by the due date, the reservation will not be held and a $25 cancellation fee will apply.
Note: When booking online, the reservation system is set to take 50% deposit only. It is not capable of having different deposit policies. However, we can manually enter the customer info in the reservation system and take whatever deposit we feel fit.
*This will usually apply in a pre-booking for the next year situation.

Payment
• Payment is due in full 30 days prior to reservation.
• When booking within the 30-day period, payment is due in full.

Cancellation
• The deposit is refundable for timely cancellations made at least 30 days prior to reservation.
• All cancellations must be in writing.
• A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Smoke Free
• The White Lamb cottages and house are smoke free.

Pets
• Although we love pets, our policy does not allow them.  Contact the OOB chamber for local pet sitting services. http://www.oldorchardbeachmaine.com/

Check In/Out Times
• Check out - 10:00am
• Check in - 3:00pm

Damages
• Rooms may be assessed for damages and guests may be charged accordingly.
• Smoking in a guest room is considered as damage due to the expense we incur to remove the odor.

Personal Loss
• White Lamb is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.

Arrival & Departure - Summer
• House – Sunday to Sunday
• Cottages – Saturday to Saturday

Arrival & Departure – Spring, Winter & Fall
• House – Any combination of 2 nights or more. Available year round
• Cottages – Any combination of 2 nights or more. Available early May to late October

Minimum Stay
• Minimum 2-night stay during the winter, spring and fall season.
• Minimum 3 night stay during most holidays
• Minimum 7-night stay during the summer season.
