The following represents a "range only" of house rates during off season. Prices vary according to specific dates. Please visit our Specials page or call, we have many specials thru-out the off season for various get together occasions (cousins weekend, graduations, Canadian holidays, romantic getaway, foliage, Thanks Giving, Christmas and many more).

Muffins are provided the first and last morning of a weekly peak season stay. Newspaper is provided daily. The hot tub is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
MINIMUM STAY:
There is a 2 day minimum stay during Off-Peak season. A 7 day stay is required during Peak Season.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT:
The deposit is due within 15 days of booking the reservation.
REFUNDS:
In case of CANCELLATION, the deposit is not refunded unless LANDLORD is a able to re-rent the property for the same period of time and for at least the same rental charge, in which case the deposit is fully refunded. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Each one bedroom cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 persons.
We have 2 two-bedroom cottages which accommodate 6 persons.
Muffins, Coffee & a newspaper are included daily.
OFFICE HOURS:
All guests are to check-in as well as check-out at The Edgewater office at 57 West Grand Ave.
Check-Out Time: 10:30 A.M. ............... Check-In Time: 2 P.M.
MINIMUM STAY:
During peak periods and holiday weekends there will be a 3 day minimum for advance reservations.
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT:
The first Night must be prepaid in order to confirm any reservation.
REFUNDS:
You must contact the White Lamb at least 14 days Before the date of arrival. A $25.00 fee will be imposed for all Changes and cancellations.
